The whole fleet workflow — in Telegram, paper-free

Before: vehicle handovers, invoices and fuel control were handled manually — on paper and by email. Mistakes and excess costs were noticed too late.

After: during a handover the driver goes through a quiz and reports issues with photos/videos, and the system builds the handover report itself. Incoming mail is processed automatically: invoices go to Google Drive, reporting — to Google Sheets. Fuel consumption is tracked with automatic anomaly detection, and monthly and yearly AI analysis highlights the key deviations.

Before: every request was written down in a notebook. Who is busy, what is closed, how much was earned — all kept in someone’s head.

After: the operator creates a request through a quiz, the admin assigns a free technician (the bot checks their availability for the time slot), the technician manages the statuses. The bot keeps the contact base and client history, calculates automatic statistics for any period, records prices and payment method (card/cash), notifies about technician actions (postponed, closed, cancelled, asked for time off) and tracks unassigned and unfinished jobs.
