1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the software service provided via a Telegram bot or other interfaces (the “Service”).

By using the Service or making a payment, the user confirms that they:
- have read these Terms;
- fully agree to them;
- have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
If the user does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must immediately stop using the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed to automate operations involving Telegram accounts.
The functionality of the Service may include, but is not limited to:
- automatic collection of links to public Telegram groups based on specified queries;
- automated subscription to Telegram groups;
- automated posting of messages in Telegram groups;
- automated unsubscription from groups;
- rental of Telegram accounts;
- sale of Telegram accounts;
- sale of collected lists of public Telegram groups;
- custom collection of links to public Telegram groups upon user request.
The functionality of the Service may be modified, expanded, or restricted without prior notice.
3. No Affiliation with Telegram
The Service is an independent software product.
The Service is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of Telegram Messenger Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

The name “Telegram”, as well as related names, logos, trademarks, and images are the property of their respective owners.
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to the Service is provided on a paid basis through subscriptions or one-time payments for certain services.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
The Service operator:
- does not store users’ bank card data;
- is not responsible for the operation of payment systems.
All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4.a. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, if the user explicitly agrees to the immediate start of the digital service, the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has begun.
Any refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law and the terms of this Service.
5. Telegram Account Rental
The Service may provide Telegram account rental services.
Under this service, the user is granted limited technical access to an account exclusively through the functionality of the Service.
When renting accounts, the following are not provided:
- SIM cards;
- physical mobile devices;
- control over the account outside the Service;
- authorization files or other credentials allowing independent login into the account.
The operator does not guarantee:
- the duration of account operation;
- the absence of blocking by Telegram;
- continuous availability of accounts.
6. Telegram Account Sale
The Service may offer Telegram accounts for sale.
The transfer may include:
- authorized session files or other technical access data.
SIM cards, physical phones, or other devices are not provided.
The operator does not guarantee:
- the lifespan of the account;
- protection from blocking;
- stability or uninterrupted operation of the account.
All risks after the transfer of the account are borne by the buyer.
7. Sale of Telegram Group Lists
The Service may provide:
- the sale of collected lists of links to public Telegram groups;
- custom collection of links to public Telegram groups upon the user’s request.
The operator does not guarantee:
- the accuracy or validity of links;
- the continued existence of groups;
- the availability of groups for joining;
- the preservation of group size or activity.
All data is provided for informational purposes only.
8. Prohibited Use
The user agrees not to use the Service for:
- fraud;
- deception of users;
- phishing;
- distribution of malicious software;
- mass spam;
- distribution of illegal content;
- distribution of prohibited materials, files, or links;
- distribution of materials that violate copyright;
- activities that violate the laws of the country in which the user operates or uses the Service.
The user bears full responsibility for the content distributed through the Service.
The operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access to the Service without prior notice if a violation of these Terms is detected.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
The operator shall not be responsible for:
- blocking of Telegram accounts;
- changes in Telegram policies or rules;
- loss of access to accounts;
- loss of data;
- deletion or modification of Telegram groups;
- actions of users;
- direct or indirect financial losses;
- reputational damages.
The user assumes all risks associated with the use of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of the Service operator is limited to the amount paid by the user for the last month of using the Service.
11. Service Changes
The operator reserves the right at any time to:
- modify the functionality of the Service;
- change pricing;
- restrict access to the Service;
- discontinue certain features or services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
13. Language and Version Priority
These Terms are available in Ukrainian and English.
In the event of any discrepancies between the language versions, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.
