The Service is provided as SaaS via a Telegram bot. The Service Provider ensures 24/7 availability with possible technical maintenance windows.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis per the selected plan. One-time payments for individual projects are processed separately.
All prices are in EUR and may not include applicable VAT.
New clients may use a 14-day trial period, consisting of 7 days of account warmup and 7 days of full operation. The Service Provider reserves the right to verify trial eligibility.
The Service Provider may provide Telegram accounts as part of the Service. The client receives limited technical access — without access to physical SIM cards or devices. Accounts remain the property of the Service Provider and are returned upon termination of the Agreement.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract without stating a reason. This right expires if the Service is performed with the Consumer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends.
Use of the Service is prohibited for: fraudulent and phishing activities, distribution of malware, mass spam, and activities violating EU law or the law of the Republic of Poland.
The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. All disputes shall be resolved by competent Polish courts.
